Foster Care Closet

When we become involved in the foster care system, we realized that the needs were vast and the resources were few. At the same time, we were discussing the needs with people in the community and realized that many people wanted to help, but know how. We created The Foster Care Closet to give our community a tangible way to serve children in foster care and their foster families. The Foster Care Closet or "FCC" is free boutique and serves ages ranging from newborns to young adults. Most children who enter foster care arrive with only the clothing on their back. Their foster families are able to visit the FCC and receive new clothing, shoes, school uniforms, books, a bible, cribs, car seats, beds, baby gear and more. If you want to help children in foster care, we'd love for you to volunteer with us and be a part of our community of support.
